All products are covered by applicable manufacturer's

RETURNS POLICY
Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return
is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following detailing
our return policy.
CheapOregonParts.com accepts returns of new and unused merchandise
within 30 days of customer's receipt of the product. The customer may choose
to receive a product exchange or a credit by the same means payment was made. Unfortunately,
we are unable to accept returns of the following:
Merchandise which has been used.
Merchandise which has been serviced.
Merchandise which has been fueled.
RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
All returns will be processed 1-2 weeks after receipt, provided the conditions
outlined below are met. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles to show credit.
NOTATION AND PACKAGING
Merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in
the original carton. Merchandise not in original packaging will incur a minimum
20% restockingfee. Incomplete returns will recieve a credit reflecting any missing parts
or accessories.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse. All shipments must be labeled with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns not clearly labeling this number on the outside of the package will be refused. To receive an RMA number, please call us at the number listed below.
